Nostalgia is deadly.

dalekx

Ah, for old-times sake. It’s a dalek!

Not going to be daily.

An under-appreciated episode of Dr. Who.

And so concludes our broadcast day. Well, this is the last dalek anyway, for a while at least.

While I move some stuff up from the back-burner, any requests? Rats? Turtles? How about completely different sci-fi villains

Or maybe dinosaurs? I hope it’s dinosaurs.

Not by wrath does one kill, but by laughter.

I drew a dalek.

Marmaduke is an asshole.

It might be telling that “Marmaduke Explained” ran out of steam in about 15 months and then limped along for another 7 or 8. Whereas “Marmaduke” might have had a couple of years before “but he’s a dog” became tiresome, but continues to be effortlessly milked for another 60 years.

At least it’s not rabbit season.

Duck! Again.

Actually, it looks like that dalek’s working on a blues documentary and is interviewing some ancient Mississippian pioneer of the slide guitar.

Lightly with the brush-strokes.

Kind of Chinese calligraphy dalek. Or is that more of a Japanese thing? Should I be working on a haiku?

Gold dalek hovers
through misty bamboo forest
not pictured above.

Right to furry bear arms.

Hey, a new dalek.

An an old pun.

Obligatory.

Kind of an enthusiasm-free dalek here.

Not small, just really far away.

Cartoon dalek, floating. Also available in HD.

Mighty casey has struck out.

It’s Wonder Boy!

Especially spider-related stuff.

Well, more like ant-related stuff. What with the six legs and all.

Otherwise engaged.

Quick dalek sketch. This one’s got a primitive nickel-zinc battery for a “neck”

Good friends, good beer, good grief, let’s drink!

So Draco (king of the Dragonmen), and the not-a-meerkat are cousins, apparently, something they discovered at a recent wedding. Anyway, they hit it off, and are supposedly working on some sort of pilot, but mostly hanging out in taverns.

Where are we at, like 460?

Drew this ballpoint dalek while watching Ghost Rider. Yeah, I’ve got nothing.

And it turns out it’s 453. Which even I have to admit is kind of impressive.

Supplies!

Fat graphite stick dalek. Was playing around with some unused art supplies, basically trying out some charcoal pencils and I opened-up an old newsprint pad and look at what I found:

A Smurfy Schwarzenegger on fire!

I wonder when I did this, and did I steal the crayons from a Perkins? That’s just a small piece of my brilliance, my deep back-catalog of sharp tacks of goodness.
